Macquarie opened its Dutch office in 2006. Serving clients in the Benelux region, the Amsterdam-based team focus on corporate finance and advisory with services including project finance, public private partnerships (PPP), mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate restructuring, and other strategic and financial advice.

Advising on the delivery of infrastructure through Public Private Partnerships (PPP) is a key focus for the Benelux team. We partner with leading technical sponsors on the projects we undertake and bring extensive knowledge and experience in financial structuring and transaction management.
